How to choose your equipment
Transport is the link that brings your event gear safely to the venue and collects it afterwards. RTA PRO delivers everything with its own cargo fleet: Renault Master and Volkswagen Crafter vans, including larger box-body vehicles for bulkier loads. What matters is not the vehicle itself but the load volume and the route: how much gear is moving, whether heavy cases need a tail lift, how many trips are required and how far the venue is. We work all of this out for you once we know the equipment list and the address.
Typical configurations: an intimate event with a sound kit and a few fixtures usually fits in a single Renault Master or Crafter van. A larger event with a stage, LED screen and structures calls for a box-body van or several vehicles, so everything arrives at once and the setup never stalls. Because the same team that installs the gear also transports it, the equipment arrives ready to work, and after the event we collect it in full so you never have to deal with returns. We calculate transport separately from the equipment, based on the route, the load size and the number of trips, so every quote reflects the real logistics of your event. What size vehicle does my event equipment need?

Do you deliver equipment across all of Lithuania?
Yes. We are based in Vilnius, but with our own cargo fleet we work across the country: Kaunas, Klaipėda, resorts and remote estates. For more distant venues we plan the route in advance, so the gear and crew arrive in time for setup. Send us the venue and your event brief and we will work out the delivery.
Can I pick up and return the equipment myself?
RTA PRO works full cycle, so we normally deliver, install and collect the equipment ourselves after the event. If you only need equipment without setup, self-collection with your own transport is sometimes possible, depending on the type and complexity of the gear.
