TV and projector rental for events
TV screens, projectors and projection screens for presenter slides and video content at events.
How to choose your equipment
When choosing between a television and a projector, consider the room's lighting, the number of viewers and what you will show. A television gives a bright, high-contrast image even in a well-lit room and is ideal for speaker slides, menus or registration information. A projector with a screen delivers a far larger image and suits a dimmed room, films or striking presentations. Distance matters too: the farther the audience sits, the larger the screen or the more televisions you need so everyone can see clearly.
Typical configurations: a small conference or presentation for up to 50 people is often served by a single large television on a stand beside the speaker. For a medium room with 50 to 150 viewers we set up a projector with a large screen or several televisions so the image reaches the back rows too. For larger events we place several screens along the sides of the room and route the speaker slides and video content through a video switcher. For exhibitions and stands, standalone televisions with looping content work well. Not sure whether you need a television or a projector? Describe the room, the number of viewers and what you will show, and we will propose the right solution, deliver it and connect it ourselves. Let's talk about your event.
Frequently asked questions
Television or projector, which is better for a conference?
In a well-lit room, choose a television: its image is bright and clear even without covering the windows, so slides and text read well. For a dimmed room or a large audience a projector with a screen is better, as it gives a far larger image. Send us the room details and viewer count, and we will advise which solution suits your event.
What screen size does a room for 100 people need?
For a room of around 100 viewers you usually need a projection screen at least two to three metres wide, or several large televisions, so even the back rows see clearly. The size depends on the distance to the farthest viewer and the room's lighting. Describe the room's length and viewer count, and we will choose the right screen size.
Can you connect several televisions to the same slides?
Yes, using a video splitter we show the same image on several televisions or screens at once so every guest sees the same slides. If needed, we can also show different content on different screens. We deliver, mount and connect the equipment ourselves. Tell us how many screens you want and where, and we will plan it all.
Do you deliver and connect it yourselves, or only rent the equipment?
We work full cycle: we deliver the televisions and projectors, place them on stands or mount them, connect them to a computer or video source and check that everything works before the event. If you need equipment only, we can also offer rental without installation. Describe your event and venue, and we will agree what support you need.
