How to choose your equipment
Power and auxiliary equipment stays invisible to your guests, yet the whole event depends on it. First we assess how much power all the event technology needs together: sound, lighting, the LED screen and other loads. That total decides whether the venue's existing supply is enough, or whether you need three-phase cables, power distribution and backup supply. Where there is no power, or not enough, we bring in quiet Honda generators. Safety matters too: we cover cables with protectors, so there are no obstacles across guest walkways.
Typical configurations: an indoor event usually needs a power distributor, three-phase cables and a few UPS units to protect the most important devices from surges. An outdoor event without a reliable supply calls for a generator with a reserve and a cable run with protectors. When lighting, a screen or structures have to be rigged, we use electric hoists and lifting towers, with loads calculated in advance. All of this is installed and looked after by a team that stays on site until the tear-down. Rental covers Vilnius and all of Lithuania. Send us your event brief and we will plan the power and auxiliary equipment for your event.
Frequently asked questions
How much power does my event technology need?
It depends on the equipment you will use: for sound, lighting, the LED screen and other loads we add up the power of every device and include a reserve. Then we decide whether the venue's supply is enough or whether you need dedicated three-phase cables and distribution. We handle these calculations for you. Send us your equipment needs and the venue, and we will plan the power.
What if there is no electricity at the venue?
In that case we bring quiet Honda generators built for events, so the engine noise does not disturb the programme. We size the generator to the total load and always keep a reserve, then connect a cable run with protectors. Let's talk through your event and we will plan a self-sufficient power supply for your outdoor space.
Does the event need backup power?
For important events we recommend it: UPS units protect sound consoles and video equipment from brief outages and voltage surges, while for larger projects we plan a generator with a reserve. That way the programme never stops, even if the mains fails. We assess the need by the importance of the event and the venue. Send us your event brief and we will suggest a reliable solution.
Can you rig lighting and structures safely?
Yes. We use electric hoists and lifting towers, and we calculate the load of every structure before installation. The lifting work is done by an experienced team that stays on site until the tear-down. When required, we provide safety documentation to the organiser. Let's talk through your event and we will plan safe rigging for your equipment.
