How much does event lighting rental cost?
The price depends on the size of the space, the number of fixtures and whether you need a lighting operator during the event. A basic kit covers simple hall lighting, while a concert or product launch gets a full lighting programme. Send us your event brief and we will prepare a quote.
Can you light a building or an outdoor space?
Yes — architectural lighting is one of our strengths: we light façades, parks, marquees and unconventional venues such as factories or hangars. Our equipment is rated for outdoor use.
Do you sync the lighting with the event script?
Always. Before the event we align the lighting plan with the programme: lights change live at speeches, performances and culmination moments, because our operator is at the console.
Can you show how the lighting will look before the event?
For larger projects we prepare a 3D visualisation showing the stage, lighting and structures layout before the contract is signed.
