1. General provisions

The rtapro.lt website is operated by MB „RTA PRO“ (legal entity code 305823720, registered office at Veneros g. 9, Vilnius; hereinafter the "Company"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about the event technical production services offered by the Company: rental and installation of sound, lighting, stages, LED screens, special effects and aluminium truss structures. You can also submit an inquiry for a service quote via the website.

3. Intellectual property

All website content, including texts, photographs, logos, graphics and design elements, belongs to MB „RTA PRO“ or is used on lawful grounds. Copying, distributing, publicly posting or otherwise using the content for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent is prohibited. When quoting the content for non-commercial purposes, the source must be credited.

4. Indicative nature of prices

The prices shown on the website are indicative; the final price is provided in a quote. The final price depends on the event location, duration, amount of equipment and other individual requirements. The information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

• We keep the website information up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete and free of inaccuracies.
• The Company is not liable for damage arising from the use of information on the website for decisions not agreed with the Company in writing.
