We build each conference kit around the room and the number of attendees, never around a template. On the audio side that means clear speakers and the right microphones: lavalier and handheld mics for presenters, discussion mics for panel sessions and wireless roving mics for audience questions. We tune the system to the acoustics of the space so every word reaches the back row. For visuals we choose LED screens or projectors that keep slides readable from any seat, adding side screens in larger halls so no one has to squint at the presentation from a distance. We complete the setup with a stage or lectern for speakers, clean lighting that keeps the speaker in focus without washing out the slides, and live streaming when part of your audience joins remotely. We also cover the small things, from connecting laptops to backup microphones, that usually decide whether a talk starts on time.

We work full cycle: we design the solution ourselves, deliver the equipment with our own fleet, install and tune it before the event and, most importantly, stay on site. When the schedule allows, we run a sound and slide check with the presenters beforehand so there are no surprises on stage. A sound and video technician works throughout the entire conference, so muting a presenter's mic, switching a slide or handling an unexpected fault takes seconds rather than a coffee break. Our team stays until the last piece is packed down, so you never have to coordinate several suppliers or worry about who collects what at the end.
