Sound and lighting rental for birthdays and anniversaries

A birthday or a milestone anniversary is a personal celebration, so the technical side should stay invisible: guests should feel the mood, not see cables and speakers. Since 2010, RTA PRO has prepared sound, lighting and effects for private events in Vilnius and across Lithuania, from an intimate evening in a backyard to a large milestone anniversary at a restaurant or country estate. For a small celebration we choose a compact system that does not overpower conversation and sounds great for toasts and background music. For a large hall with a live band or DJ we bring more powerful equipment, stage monitoring and dance-floor lighting. We start every event not from an equipment list, but from the question of what moment and what mood you want to create. That answer determines both how much equipment we bring and how we lay it out in the space.

The technical production of a birthday or anniversary usually involves several layers that we tune to work together. Sound covers background, speeches and dancing, so words are clearly heard at every end of the table and the party has enough power. We provide DJ equipment or connect a live band with stage monitoring. During dinner the lighting keeps a warm, cosy atmosphere, and once the dancing starts it turns into dynamic dance-floor lighting with colour and movement. For the climax we add special effects: a confetti burst as you toast the guest of honour, CO₂ blasts on the beat, or heavy fog for the first dance. Anniversaries often benefit from an LED screen showing a photo or video montage from across a lifetime. We plan all these layers so they complement one another rather than compete for attention.

We work full cycle, so you do not have to coordinate several suppliers or think about the technology on the day. Before the event we plan the equipment around the space and guest count, arrive on site, and install and tune the sound and lighting before the first guest walks in. During the event our team stays on site: a sound and lighting operator responds live so the music and atmosphere evolve with the evening, and effects fire at exactly the right moment, cued with the host or DJ. When the celebration ends, we dismantle and take everything away ourselves, even in the small hours of the night. All you have to do is greet your guests and enjoy the party, while we handle every technical detail.

We own our equipment and fleet, so we work flexibly both in Vilnius and anywhere in Lithuania: a restaurant, a hotel, a country estate or a private yard. Before the event we assess the space, the power supply and the logistics, so nothing surprises us on the day and guests see only the finished result. In more than a decade we have set up events in all kinds of venues, so an unusual location or limited power does not faze us.
