Festival stage, sound and light rental
Festival production from one team: we design and build covered stages, set up concert-grade sound and lighting shows, and handle power and outdoor safety. One crew stays with you from the first drawing to the final load-out.
A festival lives or dies on its technical production. The stage has to stay solid and safe even in the wind, the sound has to reach the back row as clearly as the front, and the lighting has to build an atmosphere that keeps people there until the last act. RTA PRO has been producing events since 2010, so we know what it takes to work outdoors, where conditions change by the hour. We deliver festival gear as a full-cycle service: we design, transport, install and operate everything on site ourselves. You never have to coordinate several suppliers and hope the stage, sound and light will somehow fit together, because the whole production comes from one team. Whether it is a city celebration, a music festival or an open-air community event, we plan the technical side so it never becomes your problem.
We provide the complete technical infrastructure for your festival. Covered modular stages with side walls protect performers and equipment from rain and sun, and we size their height and area to your programme, from a single main stage to several separate ones. Concert-grade sound with FOH and stage monitoring makes sure the bands hear themselves on stage and the crowd hears them across the whole field. We design the lighting show, moving heads, spotlights and effect lighting, around the mood of the event and each artist's set. For different genres we choose different audio configurations, because an acoustic stage and an electronic-music stage need completely different solutions. Aluminium truss holds screens, lighting and banners securely, and we handle power distribution so every piece of gear has stable power throughout the festival.
We start from the first drawing, not from build day. Before the festival we plan the stage and equipment layout, calculate structural and wind loads, and prepare the safety documentation that municipalities and event safety inspectors require. Outdoors, safety is not a formality but a foundation: we secure stages with ballast, only experienced crew do the rigging, and every decision accounts for the weather and crowd flow. On build day we arrive with our own fleet and put everything up ourselves, with no chains of subcontractors, so one team is accountable for the result. If the festival takes place in a field with no ready infrastructure, we bring generators and run the cabling ourselves.
Most importantly, the crew stays at the festival until the end. The sound engineer, lighting operator and riggers are on duty throughout, and after the last act they load everything out themselves and leave a clean site. You never have to worry about transitions between stages or about a load-out in the middle of the night. Our base is in Vilnius, but with our own transport and equipment we work across Lithuania, from city squares to open-air festivals in fields and on the coast. We work both one-day city celebrations and multi-day festivals, where the gear has to run reliably from the first sound check to the last. Send us your event brief and let's talk through the technical vision for your festival.

Frequently asked questions
How much does festival stage and sound rental cost?
It depends on the scale of the festival: how many stages, what sound and lighting you need, whether roof structures and power are required. A small city celebration needs one stage with a compact system, while a large festival needs several stages and more powerful gear. Send us your event brief and we'll prepare a specific quote.
How large a stage can you build for a festival?
Our stages are modular, so we size the area and height freely, from a small podium for a community event to a large festival stage with a roof and side walls. When needed we build several stages for different genres. We always match the height and structure to your programme and site. Let's talk through your festival stage.
Do you handle power at an outdoor festival?
Yes. We plan power distribution for all the stage, sound and lighting equipment, and if the site has no ready infrastructure we bring generators and run the cabling ourselves. We make sure there is enough power throughout the festival and at peak load. Tell us about your site and we'll assess the power you need.
Are the stage and structures safe in wind and rain?
Yes. For outdoor stages and structures we calculate wind and weight loads, use ballast and roof structures, and only experienced crew do the rigging. We prepare the safety documentation that municipalities and event safety inspectors ask for in advance. Outdoor safety is a foundation for us, not a formality. Let's talk through the safety of your event.
Can you support a multi-day festival?
Yes, we work multi-day festivals too. The crew is on duty throughout, looking after sound, light and stage, and between days they run checks so the gear performs reliably from the first act to the last. After the festival we load everything out ourselves. Send us your festival programme and we'll discuss the scope of service.
Do you work across Lithuania?
Yes. Our base is in Vilnius, but with our own fleet and equipment we work across Lithuania: in city squares, festival fields, on the coast and in resorts. We bring everything to site ourselves, install it and operate it during the event. Tell us where your festival will take place and we'll plan the logistics.
