Concert sound, lighting and stage rental

Full-cycle concert production to the artist's rider: concert sound with stage monitoring, lighting design, staging and special effects, all from one team. RTA PRO in Vilnius and across Lithuania.

A live concert leaves no room for improvisation in the technical setup: the sound has to be right from the first song, the stage safe for the whole band, and the lighting has to catch the mood of every track. Since 2010, RTA PRO has delivered concert production as a full cycle, so the artist and the organiser only have to think about the music and the audience. We design the setup to the artist's rider, deliver it with our own fleet, install, tune and run it on site. Our crew stays by the stage for the entire show and only strikes the gear once the event is over, so the technology is never left unattended when it matters most.

We build concert sound around stage monitoring, because what matters most to a musician is hearing themselves and the band. The room gets a FOH system matched to its acoustics, while the stage gets a separate monitor console with in-ear systems or wedges for every performer. Before the doors open we run a full soundcheck with the band, so the check happens in rehearsal and not during the first song. We size the system and place the speakers according to the venue or open-air space and the size of the audience, so the sound is even in the front row and at the back.

We create the lighting design together with the artist's team so it follows the dramaturgy of the set: moving heads, LED washes, backlight and stage haze change live, because our lighting operator is at the console throughout the concert. We build the modular stage around the band's line-up and the amount of gear, with calculated loads, stairs and, when needed, a roof structure for an outdoor show. For the peak moments we add special effects: CO2 jets, confetti or heavy fog, fired by the operator exactly on the musical accent. If needed, we add an LED screen for video content or cameras.

We work in Vilnius and across Lithuania, so we can stage a concert in a capital-city club or under open skies at a resort. Because the sound, lighting, stage and effects all come from one team, the organiser never has to coordinate several suppliers or chase the boundaries of responsibility, and the transitions between acts stay seamless. Send us the artist's rider and a description of the event, and we will prepare a concrete production plan for your concert.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work to the artist's technical rider?

Yes, the rider is our starting point. We take the requirements for sound, monitoring, stage and lighting from it, check that everything fits the venue and, where needed, propose equivalent solutions. Before the concert we agree the technical plan with the artist's team. Send us the rider and a description of the event, and we will prepare an offer.

How much does concert production cost?

The price depends on the size of the stage, the power of the sound and lighting systems, the effects and how much crew and gear the event needs on site. A club show and an open-air festival stage differ fundamentally, so we don't fix prices in advance. Send us the artist's rider and a description of the event, and we will prepare a concrete offer.

Do you provide stage monitoring for the musicians?

Yes, it is the foundation of a concert. The stage gets a dedicated monitor console, and every performer gets an in-ear system or a stage wedge according to the rider. Before the audience comes in we run a soundcheck so everyone can hear themselves and the band. Let's talk through your line-up, and we'll propose the right monitoring solution.

Can you stage a concert outdoors?

Yes, for outdoor concerts we build a modular stage with a roof structure, calculate wind and weight loads and handle power distribution with our own equipment. We choose the sound and lighting systems for open-air acoustics. We work across Lithuania, from Vilnius clubs to resort stages. Send us the location and a description of the event, and we'll assess the conditions.

How far in advance should we book gear for a concert?

For larger concerts and at the peak season (May to September) we recommend getting in touch a month or two ahead, so we can reserve the right stage and equipment. For smaller club shows we can often help within a few days. The earlier you write, the more freely we can choose the configuration. Let's talk through your concert date now.

Can you take over the whole concert production?

Yes, we only work full-cycle: we design, deliver, install, run on site and strike the gear. Sound, lighting, stage and effects come from one team, so you don't have to coordinate several suppliers. Our crew stays by the stage until the last chord. Send us the artist's rider and a description of the event, and we'll take care of the rest.
