Each one needs a different sound, a different light and a different stage scenario, and the transitions between them must be invisible to the guest. It is an event where a technical mistake shows immediately, so what matters is not the individual devices but how they work together. RTA PRO has been producing these celebrations since 2010, full cycle and from one team: we design, deliver, install and run everything on site. That way you never have to coordinate several suppliers or carry the risk of whether their equipment is compatible.
Corporate event production has four main parts. A sound system matched to the space and the audience, with microphones for speeches, concert sound and stage monitoring for the performers. Lighting that turns the daytime corporate mood into a concert and after-party atmosphere in the evening. LED screens for presentations, company video content and the stage backdrop. A stage with structures that safely holds both the speakers and a full band with their instruments. When needed, we add special effects for the key moments. We design all of this as one platform, not as separate kits that are hard to align with each other.
We start not from an equipment list but from your evening's timeline: when the official part begins, when the stage turns into a concert, how much time is left for the after-party. From that we design the technical plan, and for larger projects we prepare a 3D visualisation showing the stage, lighting and screens before the contract is even signed. On the event day we deliver the equipment with our own fleet, install it, tune it and stay on site: our engineers work at the sound, lighting and video consoles, and the crew does not leave until the load-out is complete. When needed, we also handle power supply and distribution so the equipment runs reliably even where there is no purpose-built infrastructure. We work in Vilnius and across Lithuania, in hotel halls and in unconventional spaces such as factories or hangars.
It was exactly this single-platform format that let a technology company's annual celebration for several hundred guests run without a single technical pause, with the lighting switching from corporate to concert mode at one press by the operator. How far in advance should we book corporate event equipment?
For the busiest season, the autumn and winter holiday period, we recommend reaching out a few months ahead, as dates fill up early. Off season we can often help within a shorter time. The earlier you write, the more stage and lighting configurations we can offer. Send us the date and venue and we will check availability.
Can you work not only in a hall but also in our own space?
Yes. We produce corporate celebrations both in hotel halls and in unconventional venues: factory floors, hangars, warehouses or outdoor marquees. In such spaces we handle both the power supply and the acoustics with our own equipment. We are based in Vilnius and, with our own fleet, work across Lithuania.
