The challenge
A technology company’s annual celebration for several hundred guests: one space that had to hold an official part with presentations, a live concert and a DJ party — all in one evening. Each part demands a different sound, lighting and stage scenario.
The solution
We engineered a single technical platform for all three parts: a stage with an LED screen for the presentations, concert sound with monitoring for the performers, and a lighting programme that switched from corporate to concert mode at a single press by the operator. All equipment, installation and crew — from one team.
The result
The event ran without a single technical pause: transitions between parts were seamless, and the organisers never had to coordinate multiple suppliers. It is a format we now repeat at many corporate celebrations.
